DENYO COMPRESSOR

Denyo began manufacturing compressors in 1973 and has since grown into a leading producer of screw-type compressors, offering more than 30 models with capacities from 1.56 m³/min to 52.4 m³/min.

Our line-up includes both soundproof engine-driven and motor-driven models, designed to meet diverse on-site demands. With advanced features such as the innovative tooth-shaped rotor for enhanced performance, Denyo compressors deliver consistent, clean air with efficiency and reliability trusted across industries.

The ‘Utility” of Denyo Compressor

Denyo engine-driven compressors are built for demanding worksites, delivering powerful and consistent air supply with efficiency and durability. Designed with rugged, soundproof enclosures and advanced twin-screw systems, they ensure stable, clean air output and reliable performance across construction, mining, and industrial applications.

Innovation at the Heart of Airflow

Reliable, efficient, and built-to-last engine-driven compressors designed to deliver consistent air supply and ensure stable, clean performance across every worksite application.

Environmental Compliance

Unique soundproofing keeps noise low – typically 64–76 dB(A) at seven meters – on compact, lightweight units. Clean engines use a closed-breathing system and aluminium radiator, meeting Japanese construction emissions standards. Optional ECO-BASE integrates an internal oil receiver to capture accidental fuel, oil, or coolant discharge.

Advanced Airend Design

Denyo’s non-friction twin-screw airends generate consistently steady airflow. Special bearings are selected for twin-screw loads, enhancing reliability and durability. The design targets long service life while maintaining stable output, making DIS compressors dependable for continuous operation across diverse, demanding site conditions.

Superior Fuel Efficiency

Denyo’s engine-speed control and efficient screw design improve fuel economy and performance across all rated conditions. Operating efficiency is maintained from no-load to full-load, with marked fuel reductions at light and medium loads – lowering running costs while preserving output and quick response.

User-Centric Operation

A user-friendly panel is positioned at one end of the unit for straightforward operation. Maintenance is simplified by a large door and single-side access, while an easily removable hood speeds cleaning of the engine, radiator, and oil cooler, minimizing downtime.

Reliable Start & Durability

Smaller models (DIS-80 and below) no longer require air bleeding; engines start anytime without manual intervention. Larger units (DIS-600 and above) feature anti-corrosion coatings, stainless bolts, and improved electrical insulation for salt-, moisture-, and weather-resistance – ensuring dependable operation in harsh coastal or humid environments.
